Biography
Aaron Hall is a Minneapolis business attorney who represents business owners and their companies in employment, intellectual property, contracts, and business litigation. He serves as outside general counsel for Minnesota companies that have outgrown do-it-yourself legal work but do not yet need a full-time in-house lawyer. He has practiced since 2007 (J.D., cum laude, Mitchell Hamline School of Law) and serves as President of the Christian Legal Society of Minnesota. He built hallapproved.com, a free legal-research archive of more than 3.3 million court opinions, publishes 4,400+ pages of legal education at aaronhall.com, and teaches business law to owners through free videos on YouTube (@hall).
